It normally takes 3-5 business days for us to process your order. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends.

2. What Shipping Methods Do You Use? 

We use USPS/YunExpress/4PX/FedEx/DHL for shipping service on our website.

If you choose STANDARD shipping, we would use USPS/YunExpress/4PX to ship your order.

If you choose EXPEDITED shipping, we would use YunExpress Expedited/FedEx/DHL to ship your order.

If you use a PO BOX address, we would use 4PX Postal to ship your order, which would extend the shipping time.  

Update: 

Due to the DHL shipping time limit has been severely restricted at this time. When necessary, we will choose other shipping services, such as FedEx, SF International, etc. These courier services may be delayed by 2-3 days than planned. But compared to DHL, they will be faster. We will do our best to choose the fastest shipping service for our customer.

If you need this product urgently, please do not place an order! Because global logistics is very chaotic now. Almost all orders will be delayed by 2-3 days than originally planned. All we can do is to try our best to urge our logistics providers to deliver your orders.

3. When will my order ship? 

Once we ship your order, We will usually ship the purchase within 3-5 business days(Not include weekends or holidays), you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number.

4. How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

*Order number, *Your Name, the question you have, and the photos of the item if necessary. So we can locate your order and get back to you with more details.

Our policy lasts 60 days after order delivery. If 60 days have gone by since the order delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To complete your return, we may require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges (if size wrong)

If you chose a wrong size, a size do not fit, email us at dandfclothing@gmail.com. We would send you a new size item for free but you need to take the shipping fee. No need to send the wrong size item back.

We would replace items for free if they are defective or damaged.

Return & Refund Shipping

To return your product, Please send us an email with your name & order number. We would solve your shipping issue.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return Shipping Fee may be expensive as you need to send the items back to China.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Partial Refunds

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

When we get your returned items, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Compensation Time-Frame:

For returned items or items for exchange, we will need 1 business day upon receiving your item(s) to process the solution.

After this time, the refund time-frame is as below:

• Paypal account refunds: Up to 48 hours
• Credit card refunds: Between 3-5 business days

Late or Missing Refunds
