    Time Frame = Confirmation + Processing + Shipping

    1. Order Confirmation（Confirm on the day）

    A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. We are preparing your order immediately after confirming.

    With this sort of time frame, it is ok for us to change or cancel your order within 24 hours. We will do our best to support your request.

    2. Order Processing

    It normally takes 3-5 business days for us to process your order. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends.

    D&F Shipping FAQ

    1. Which countries do we ship to?

    We ship orders to:

    • North America: the United States, Canada
    • Europe: United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Denmark, Switzerland, Belgium
    • Oceania: Australia, New Zealand
    • Asia: Hong Kong SAR, Singapore, Japan

    2. What Shipping Methods Do You Use? 

    We use USPS/YunExpress/4PX/FedEx/DHL for shipping services on our website.

    • STANDARD Shipping, we use USPS/YunExpress/4PX to ship your order.
    • EXPEDITED Shipping, we use YunExpress Expedited/FedEx/DHL to ship your order.
    • If you use a PO BOX address, we use 4PX Postal to ship your order, which would extend the shipping time a lot.  

    If you need this product urgently, please do not place an order! Because the global logistics is chaotic now. Almost all orders will be delayed by 2-3 days longer than originally planned. All we can do is try our best to urge our logistics providers to deliver your orders.

    3. When will my order ship? 

    Once we ship your order, we will usually ship the purchase within 3-5 business days (not including weekends or holidays), and you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number

    4. How Long Will It Take To Get My Package? 

    Orders are fulfilled as soon as possible. However, some items may be on back order so the shipping time can vary. When you want to know your items' shipping status, you just need to click the tracking number in the email we sent to you. You will get the shipping details. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact us.

    5. How long does the Order Processing

    • 1-2 business days if products are in stock:
      • Customer Orders -> Warehouse Picking (in stock) -> Print order information -> Ship Out
    • 3-5 business days if products are out of stock:
      • Customer Orders -> Warehouse Picking (Out of stock) -> Factory Manufacturing Prints -> Ship Out

    So the Order processing time frame is 2-5 business days.

    REMINDERS

    Please note that we are only able to deliver to a PO Box address via STANDARD shipping, NOT EXPEDITED shipping. Please make sure to enter a physical address to avoid any issues with your shipment.

    Customs taxes vary by country and will be charged according to the local customs policies. If you were required to pay a customs fee, please contact our Customer Care Team for further assistance.

    If your shipping address is located in a rural community, you may have to pick up your package from your regional post office. For rural or remote regions, please allow an additional 1-2 days for delivery. We appreciate your patience!

    If your order has already been shipped, we will be unable to redirect it. Here are some alternate options:
    • Once the package has been delivered to your regional post office, you can contact the post office directly to request that it to an alternate address. Please note that this is done at the discretion of the postal office.
