Accept Cancellation
Orders can be fully refunded if canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
Please submit a help ticket on Contact Us page if you decide to cancel the order.
Please note: Requests for orders canceled after 48 hours of purchase but before shipment will incur a 10% cancellation fee.
Not Accept Cancellation
NOT accept cancellation requests if the order has already been shipped, since we can not call back the items from our shipping company.
So we have to wait for the item to arrive at our customers, and find the best way to deal with this situation.
